Construction is underway at The Coe, our mixed-use project in West Village. The footings and foundations have been poured, and rough framing is beginning to take shape. In the coming weeks, the form of the buildings will become clear and start to redefine the corner of Van Dyke and Coe St. The development is scheduled be complete in the Fall of 2017, with units leasing in October.
